Spring Cleaning and searching for a new blog template... Opinions please! :)

Hi friends! I promise to have something crafty up soon! :) I have been busy Spring cleaning this week, with so much left to do! I'm sure you can all relate! I have also been searching for a new template for HiH! If you have a designer you would like to recommend, please let me know. I would love a custom one, I just don't really have the patience for all of the long waiting lists. I have found a few that I love, I only wish they were 3 column. What do you guys think of this one?
