How to Boil the Perfect Egg & What to do When One Cracks!

I'm sure as all of you are preparing for your Easter eggs hunts this weekend, you have probably been busy boiling and decorating eggs. In case any of you have the luck that I used to have boiling eggs, I used to ALWAYS overcook them!) I decided to take a minute to post a quick tutorial on how to boil the PERFECT egg!
First, pour cold water over your eggs until they are completely covered. Heat water until it begins to boil. (If you add a couple dashes of salt it will boil faster.) As soon as your water begins to boil, go ahead and remove from the heat. Leave your eggs in the water for 15 minutes. If your eggs are larger, leave them 20 minutes. Now, you have boiled the perfect egg! Hope this helps some of you out!
*** If one of your eggs cracks when you are placing them in the pan add a little vinegar (about a tablespoon) to your water. It will seal the egg and prevent the egg from leaking out into the water.
Happy Easter, Lovelies! :)
