One of my favorite things to do with cooking is taking something that you already have a recipe for and changing it up some to make it a little more special. When you do that, you really can come up with all different kinds of meal combinations so that you don't even need to have that many different recipes to keep you and your family from getting bored with meals.
I decided that even though I've made chicken empanadas so many times before, I thought that I would go online to get some ideas about how to come up with different takes on chicken empanadas. After a little bit of research with my ClearInternet I came up with all kinds of ideas.
But one variations on chicken empanadas that I've found and really loved since making them is jerk chicken. It just works out really great with the fried dough and who doesn’t love jerk chicken? Not any one that I’ve ever met before. My family loves them too!
