I got married very young but I was excited to learn how to be a great wife. I already knew how to clean and keep a home due to my Southern upbringing but the one thing I lacked was a real knack for all things kitchen related. Boy, did I use that Internet once we got it! My husband had no idea where I learned to cook so suddenly but he sure wasn't complaining when he ate my food. I think I was more excited than he was since I had acquired a new skill, one which I have been meaning to learn for years now. I feel so much better prepared to take care of my family and can't wait to show my mother and father how far my basiccooking skills have come since I left home!
