Hi everyone!
How in the world ARE you guys?! Hope you’re all doing well. Today I’m sharing what has become one of my favorite desserts to whip up. Especially on these hot days like we have been having here in Alabama. Its SO easy and SO delicious!Soooo here’s the recipe:Ingredients:Angel Food Cake cut into approximately 1 inch cubesStrawberries rinsed and sliced (2 pints)Blueberries (Large container)Cool Whip (Large Container)Strawberry GlazeLarge Punch Bowl
Ok, so here’s all you have to do… Just basically layer the ingredients in your pretty punch bowl in this order: Using a knife cut your Angel Food Cake into cubes. Place one layer in bottom of punch bowl. Then add a layer of blueberries and strawberries. On top of your berries add strawberry glaze. Spread a good inch or so of Cool Whip on top. Continue layering in this order until you have reached the top of the bowl. I like to save some berries to add to the top to make it look pretty.
There ya have it… that is ALL there is to it!! I told you it was easy!
Just refrigerate for a few hours and serve! Hope you all enjoy this as much as I do! Here are some photos of the recipe process…

You will not believe how easy this wonderful Lemon Pie is to make! I made one for dessert on Easter and just had to share the recipe with ya'll! I love to make this pie in the summertime {a little too much, actually ;)}! It is absolutely amazing... not too sweet, not too tart, just light and wonderful! It is the perfect pie to enjoy on a warm afternoon while relaxing on the porch with a big ole glass of sweet tea {I live in Alabama, so that sweet tea I'm talking about is ICED, of course :)}. Another reason I love to make it so much is because it is SO inexpensive to make! I usually already have everything I need to make it. Before I ramble on a little while longer, I will just give you the recipe, already :)! What you need:8 oz. Cool Whip1 can Eagle Brand (sweetened condensed) milk1/2 c. lemon juice1 graham cracker crust Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust. Refrigerate 3-4 hours before serving. Thats it! It has never taken me more than 5 minutes to make! I hope you and your family enjoy this treat as much as I do! :) Have a blessed week!
